the Trainer PTLLS Level 3 Combined First Aid at Work Instructor Course
This course is ideal for those who wish to teach and assess HSE Approved First Aid at Work Courses, this course combines our First Aid at Work Instructor Training with the PTLLS Level 3 course which allows learners to commence their professional development within the teaching profession.
This course satisfies the government requirement for teachers, trainers and tutors who need an initial award for their role as a teacher or trainer in the lifelong learning sector or those who want to teach in a Further Education College, Adult Learning Environment or be a trainer for a Learning Provider.
The combined course is delivered over 5 days, combining a variety of theories and principles with practical sessions throughout the its delivery.
The course includes AED Instructor & Paediatric Instructor, to increase the number of courses you will be able to teach.
Please note that this course involves a considerable amount (approximately 30 hours) of independent guided study, please ensure that you have the time to complete this when you book your course.

Entry Requirements
All candidates will need to hold and provide us with proof of their: -
Current HSE Approved First Aid at Work Certificate and or:-
Proof of current registration for:-
Registered Nurse (NMC)
Paramedic (HPC)
Doctor - UK Registration (GMC)
All entrants need to have the personal and intellectual abilities to acquire the knowledge and understand the skills needed to gain this award.
All entrants must be able to read effectively and communicate clearly and accurately in written and spoken standard English .
Our Training Centre is situated in Ipswich Road, Colchester, Essex, we have ample free parking and are ideally situated just 40 minutes from London Liverpool Street Station if you are travelling by train.
