Training for First Aid Instructors
ITG specialise in the training of First Aid,
Manual Handling and AED Instructors for the workplace,
and we also help people who train with us and want to set up
their own First Aid Business. Courses are available
nationwide throughout the UK for groups and on site at our
facility in Colchester, Essex.

First Aid training is expensive for businesses
both in time and money. Many companies are now
opting for in house training and we can help you
by ensuring that the employees you select to provide
the courses, can complete their new roles with
confidence.
All the materials you need are included in the price of the course, these include the most comprehensive Instructor Manual, 14 Powerpoint presentations, tutor notes, course notes, and topic guides.
We include Childcare First Aid Instructor and AED Instructor in our courses at no extra cost.
We now offer courses that are Enhanced Learning Credit (ELC) approved for funding, please contact us for more information.
It is important to understand that the HSE does not approve individual instructors, if you want to deliver and certify HSE Approved courses you will have to apply direct to the HSE for approval (subject to their requirements) or register with us or an Awarding Body (please see below)
Successful candidates can register with us to issue HSE Approved certifications which will enable you to offer the full range of HSE Approved Courses without having to go to the expense and effort of setting up your own HSE Approved centre. If you register with us there are no set up fees and no annual fees.
If you want to set up your own first aid business and register with us, we can provide you with the training, and you will also receive marketing support which includes leads, free listings on our website for all of the courses you are running, and also a free listing in our new directory website for three counties of your choice.
