Becoming a First Aid at Work Instructor
The first aid at work instructor training enables successful candidates to train and assess HSE (Health & Safety) approved first aid courses.
This 5 day course includes the First Aid at Work course, this is recommended for everyone, if you have an up to date HSE Approved certification or are a Registered Nurse, Paramedic or Doctor with proof of First Aid at Work experience, you can choose to attend the last 3 days of the course.
These courses are available at our training
facility in Colchester, Essex. at your Business
premises subject to a minimum of 8 candidates attending.
It is important to note that HSE Approved Courses have to be conducted and certified through an HSE Approved Centre, Once you have completed this course you can choose to certify your courses with our sister company Protrainings, there are no set up fees or annual fees, we will assist you in completing the paperwork and make sure that you have all of the documents needed.
You will be qualified to teach One Day
EFAW Courses, Four day at Work first aid courses,
two day HSE requalification courses
and act as an assessor in addition to Childcare 12 hour to day courses, Basic Life Support, CPR, AED and many more.
All First Aid at Work Instructors need to hold a current three/four day first aid at work HSE approved certification, if you do not we can incorporate it into a five day course.
There are exceptions to this ruling,
if you are a registered Doctor, Nurse or Paramedic you are exempt from needing the 3 day certification.
