We know that becoming an HSE Approved Training Provider is not easy
With other systems becoming an HSE Approved Training
Provider can take considerable time, effort and
expense with no guarantee of success at the end
of it. You will also have to work with other instructors
in order to get this rating. If you look on the
HSE website you will see how difficult it is to
gain this rating and you will see you need a couple
of thousand pounds and a great deal of time and
effort to get your system approved.
With this system you can Register as
an Workplace First Aid Facility
You can register with Emergency First Response®
as a Workplace First Aid Facility, this
will enable you to provide the new one
day EFAW Course, the
Three Day First Aid at Work and the Two
Day First Aid at Work Requalification courses.
Once you pass the course with us you send your
papers off for processing and this will set you
up as an instructor and then you can if you need
to set up you Workplace First Aid Facility with
no further courses. A pass with us is where the
courses stop. They will charge a set up fee which
is a fraction of the HSE direct costs.
You do not have to have a Workplace Training
Facility if you do not wish to teach 4 day courses
or two day requalification courses or if you are
going to be teaching through an established Workplace
Training Facility or HSE Approved Training Provider.
We can help you with this as well.
Simply, do the course with us and you are all
set with a online upgradeable teaching program.
You will be registered with Emergency First Response
an HSE Approved Training Provider with an approval
reference of 54/03
No additional training is required to
enable you to teach First Aid at Work Courses
You will become an Emergency First Response Workplace
First Aid Facility, this entails registering with
Emergency First Response® which we will assist
you to do.
You will need to offer classroom facilities but
these can be a rented room and you need to offer
courses in compliance with the rules which are
all along with normal teaching practice.
